IEEE International Conference on Communications, Control, and Computing Technologies for Smart Grids
25–28 October 2022 // Singapore // Hybrid: In-Person and Virtual Conference

Authors

The vision of the smart grid has emerged as a response to the challenge of providing a reliable, efficient and sustainable energy supply to modern society. It is widely accepted today that addressing this challenge requires significant advances in the areas of communication, security, control, data analytics and computing, and a careful integration of these advances with power electronics and power systems. The result will be a system that efficiently adapts to the behavior of energy consumers and energy providers, potentially embracing new business models as well.

Prospective authors are invited to submit original papers using EDAS (under the track “SmartGridComm 2022”) on all aspects of communications, control and computing technologies for smart grids covered by the four technical symposia:

1. Data Analytics and Computation

2. Security and Privacy

3. Control and Operations

4. Communications and Networking

Papers should follow the standard two-column IEEE format. The page limit is 6; authors can choose to include a 7th page in their initial submission, for a $100 fee. Both the page limits include the references.

All accepted papers will be candidates for Best Paper Award and Best Student Paper Award, which will be announced at the conference. Papers whose first author is a student at the time of submission are eligible for the Best Student Paper Award.

Additionally, as part of IEEE SmartGridComm 2022 technical program, a limited number of high-quality Workshops and Tutorials will offer insight into new or emerging topics of interest to the smart grid communications research community, together with the possible exhibitions. The organizing committee welcomes the submission of Workshop and Tutorials proposals. The proposals can be submitted directly to the Workshops and Tutorials Chairs (details can be found in their respective pages).
